North Shore was established in 1932 and is flanked by 369 acres that is part of the Magothy Greenway preservation. This protected land provides a unique and private drive as you enter the community.
Separated by the Magothy River into three peninsulas, containing about 300 homes in total, which includes some of the most spectacular waterfront properties in Maryland.
Located at the entrance of the community is Looper’s Field, home of the Pasadena Panthers. Part of the Chesapeake School district, and just a short drive to Downs Memorial Park.

North Shore has a voluntary HOA of $150 annually to help maintain the beach, marina, playground, and fund community events. There are additional costs to access the boat ramp and slips at the marina.
