Bayside Beach is an isolated water-oriented community, situated at the mouth of Bodkin Creek and the Patapsco River. The community is comprised of about 230 residential homes. A rare few are situated on both Boyd Pond and the Chesapeake Bay, providing two types of water access with spectacular waterfront views.
The neighborhood is located next to Hancock’s Resolution, a historic farm dating back to 1785, which is now part of the Anne Arundel County park system. Nearby you’ll also find Compass Point Golf Courses and Fort Smallwood Park.
Part of the Chesapeake School district of Anne Arundel County, which includes Fort Smallwood Elementary, Chesapeake Bay Middle, and Chesapeake High School.
In the past year, there have been only 10 homes sold, with an average sales price of $559,690. These homes had an average of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1,919 finished square feet.
Bayside Beach is part of an improvement association that covers the private boat ramp, community beach, and playground.
